Horrible, TV was broken, Seller was rude

I decided to buy tv for my son for his birthday, TV kept kicking off & when it did stay on there was pic but no sound, the seller requested i bring it back, but seller tried to keep money & tv also.Im very unsatisfied with TV and also the seller for the way i was treated.TV was listed as mint condition, but was in poor condition.
