I am studing to be an Natural Doctor. Alternative medicine has a open area of study. This book has pictures to go along with what the plants, roots, and trees have and do in a natural state. What I read and what I see.

I bought this book for myself. It's full of information. then my daughter was over and had to have the book. She's a naturalist when it comes to herbs and plants. So I needed to find another one and naturally I went to ebay.She told my sisiter inlaw about it , so here I go again.Luckily, I found both of them one on ebay.This is one of the books to have for tree & plant questions.

Book gives descriptions of plants, some pictures of the plant and tells you how to use plant as medicine, even tells you how to make it. Very informative!
I bought the book to try and go back to old ways of remedies. I will try some of these listed in this book

I was glad to be able to replace this book that had been borrowed yrs ago. it is very informative.I had been looking for it for a while. I am new to the e-bay thing so it was just too cool.

What I really love about this book is that it teaches us how not to depend on chemicals\drugs that are fabricated to mimic natures way of healing. We have all fell prey to the convience of modern day medicine which nearly all have side effects and worse we have forgotten about the foundation of science medicine which is what nature is and has provided since the beginning of time.

I decided to buy this book becouse I was looking for an alternative source of pain relief and an anti dependency on man made drugs that could become habit forming and have bad side affects so, I turned to a more natural approach and have had great results useing the books advice.

One of the best books for identifing plants in the wild. Great photography, and wonderful descriptions. Has loads of info on plant uses in food and medicine. A must have for anyone interested in wild flowers and herbal medicine. I think every household should have a copy of this book.

This is a great little book for plant identification. It has photographs and drawings which are very good, the descriptions are very complete. There is a lot of information on the medicinal uses of common plants. The folklore of the uses is included as well as a section on growing your own herb garden. I had owned this book before and lost it so I was pleased to find it on EBay!!
