In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Disneyland Resort (the original) this is a compilation of letters to the Disney Company that helps the reader understand what Disney is all about; what the Castmembers do in their quest to keep the Guests happy and entertained.
Originally presented to Castmembers as part of the celebration, this book is now available to the public, and as a longtime Disney fan this only adds to my collection of insights into the Disney Organization and adds to my understanding of why many still continue to look to "The Happiest Place on Earth" for inspiration.
For those looking for additional insight I would also recommend "Inside the Magic Kingdom: Seven Keys to Disney's Success", a fictional account of how the Disney organization takes Customer Service to a higher level that uses examples set in the Walt disney Resort in Florida.
All in all an excellent addition to my library of Disney memorabilia.
