Magazine by Heart (CD, Jun-1995, EMI-Capitol Special Markets)

though i'm not certain if this album was recorded onto cd exactly as the original lp,this copy i got was new in shrinkwrap,and was listed as being the earlier cd release(not the 1995 copy).as i understand it it's an out of print copy which increases its value.i got it at a great price,and never having heard it besides the track heartless,i enjoyed it.mother earth blues included part of led zeppelin's you shook me.this and the other live track i've got the music in me were early recordings.the album is a good listen and worth getting for collectors and rock fans alike.the reasons for my purchase coincide with not having ever owned it,and it being a new copy and out of print.

This album must be the poorest of Heart's catalog. Strictly for collectors, or anyone who cannot live without the deservedly underplayed song "Heartless." I've had the vinyl for years, therefore, I MUST replace it on CD format. The sole reason for my purchase of this. This is hard to listen to actually. Not quite sure what the girls were thinking...or drinking...to release such a poor mish-mash of songs, but I certainly would not encourage anyone to buy it...unless you ARE a collector. No rhyme, reason, OR entertainment to be found on this disk! Skip it!
