Excellent book condition and good shipping time. Good price. I do not know why it has to be 100 words?

everything was good, but if you're going to sell an item as Brand New and know it really isn't be sure that you've unfolded the pages and erased the underlines in some of the pages, don't get me wrong the product was in excellent condition and arrived fairly fast, but just so you know... satisfied.

This book thoroughly enhanced a 2-hour training class I was conducting, leading to rave reviews. Dan and Chip have done excellent research, and they keep the writing, simple, concrete, and credible while throwing in some unexpected stories that demonstrate great emotional tie-in. The content is not only sticky, but the book has forced me to design new ways to convey ideas to others - and those ideas seem to be sticking!

I really enjoy the sense of humour employed throughout the book. If you care at all about teaching or influencing others this is an absolute MUST READ.
