A classic revenge story. The visual style and story is really amazing. Mel Gibson gave a great performance and shows how crazy he really can get. The structure of the film is truly unique, going from a love story to a heartless action thriller. The effects and action sequences are amazing, especially for the time and budget. Not only is it one of the best B-movies, but a great sci-fi that still holds up. I think it's even more relevant now with all of the gas crisis'.

) this movie is a classic.old school cars!!!old school gibson!!!mad max is awesome!!!the nightrider is a psycho!!!and so is his boyfriend the toe cutter!!!theres this funny scene with a couple trying to escape from the bad motorcycle gang that terrorizes the town.they show the gang destroying the car,then taking the couple hostage.moments later you see the man,with blood on his ass!!!!!!!!needless to say he didnt get away unharmed!!!pretty cool movie!also the motorcycle gang might be gay?!?!?
