MacGyver - The Complete Final Season (DVD, 2006, 4-Disc Set)

I bought it to complete the series. I liked the show when it was on television. I thought it was preachy at times about gun issues and the environmental issues.

I was surprise that this wasn't the best MacGyver season since it was the Final one but being a MacGyver Fan I did enjoy it. Good Knight MacGyver was a nice twist to tracing your family roots. I enjoyed the show with The Coltons too and Mama Colton is the ideal Mama (She knows everything!). The Stringer (last show) makes a nice ending to the season with Mac finding out that he's not alone in life. Overall, this season was enjoyable even if it wasn't the best.

I love these shows. Never realized how silly the plots were back then though. The best part of the shows were the macgyverisms.

Have always been a Dean Anderson fan, could not let the last season slip by................

MacGyver is a classic! I bought it for my fiance for Christmas. He had seasons 1-6 and we couldn't find season 7 anywhere but Ebay!

Last year of a great show! We learned the Mac actually has a first name. And we are introducted to a son the he was finnally able to meet.

Was purchased as a gift for my Mother. She hasn't got to The final season but has enjoyed the first 2 seasons. The mailing was prompt and received in good condition.

The DVD was still in original packaging. It was an excellent buy and the seller did an excellent job getting this Macgyver - The Final Season to me.

The entire MacGyver series provides the whole family with hours of quality entertainment that can be viewed in convenient thirty to forty minute sittings. You will experience a wide range of emotions, learn fascinating facts dealing with science, physics, and nature, and all with no profanity and very little violence (MacGyver despises guns and does not believe in lethal force). Start with the first season because the stories build on the past as each character develops.

I absolutley LOVE this show and I think this Season is the best of them all! First of all, it's the last time we see MacGyver's nemesis, Murdoc and the time-travel episodes (Good Knight MacGyver, Parts 1 & 2) are great! The Prometheus Syndrome episode presented a really tough challenge for MacGyver and I like how he wears his 90's style black sunglasses, because I have a pair just like his of my own. And, I think that there just being 14 episodes in this Season makes it different, although I wish they had done more than that:(. I like MacGyver's new loft, it's really cool. And, I love that he has his Jeep back! His yellow truck was not bad, but I like the Jeep a whole lot better! The cover design for this Season is great; I love the picture where MacGyver is on one knee and where he has his hands raised up with the chains on. I LOVE that the episode The Stringer comes AFTER The Mountain of Youth, like it should!!! And, we see that MacGyver's first name is Angus. The Disc design is great too. It was cool that the Coltons have an episode just for them, but I'm glad theres just one! In the episode, Obssesed, when MacGyver is looking around the room where Murdoc was, MacGyver looks like Dexter Fillmore a bit! I like how, on The Stringer episode, MacGyver and SAM say "Oh Man!" at the same time! I think RDA (Richard Dean Anderson) does a EXCELLENT job as MacGyver; he's laid back and easy going. I bought it because I'm a HUGE MacGyver Fan and it would not be right to have The Complete First - Sixth Seasons and not get this one! I will always be a MacGyver fan. I'm so glad they brought it to DVD!!!!!!! The Complete Final Season rocks!!!!!!!

Absolutely an Awesome Season. Too bad it is over. But it sure is nice to go back and reminisce about an amazing series.

I've waited a good 10 years for them to release MacGyver. Being the biggest fan, I had to buy all the season's. MacGyver is pure entertainment. Love the story lines, the adventure, the environmental issues he deals with. I love his smart Witt and love for humanity. I think anyone who buys this will become a fan of the show. I know it wouldn't be a waist of anyone's money to purchase this. It's good, fun entertainment.

MacGyver has always been a favorite of mine. I will admit that the show does seem to be a little preachy in the last few seasons. That doesn't mean it stopped being original or entertaining... MacGyver was still an action hero like no other on TV. Using his brain as opposed to brawn, Mac always foiled the bad guy and made everything come out O.K. in the end. Richard Dean Anderson will forever be a favorite of mine because of this show. I can only hope that the two made-for-TV movies will now be released on DVD in the future.
