Over the years, I've had mixed results in the 'unplugged' genre. I had such high hopes for the Lauryn Hill unplugged album, for example, but it was not so hot. Alicia Key's new Unplugged album, however, really delivers. This CD is for the hardcore fans that want more than just the studio-recorded tracks. It's really more like having a bootleg CD of a live concert than anything else. It really displays her as a Real talent in a time when many 'artists' don't write their own stuff, much less sing.
Buy it 'cause you like Alicia. Listen to it 'cause it's good music.

I like all of the songs on this album and believe that live music is truly the best music.

This is an important milestone marking the beginning of the current interpretation of Soul. Even if you do not like the direction, it is good music and marks a new era for the genre, it seems all that follows this line is only catch-up, at least so far.

I had went to see Alicia at a concert in Atlanta. GA. Man was it a good one. When I got the MTV unplugged I was hoping I was going to get that same feeling and I did so I really enjoyed this CD it well worth the money!

Alicia Keys is a super-star-r! She is so talented. Her MTV Unplugged cd tops them all in my opinion. She has one of these rare talents and she is blowing up with this one. You can listen to this cd all the way through without interruption or skipping over tracks. Wonderful, a must have!

i love alicia keys. i had this cd before but it was misplaced and so i purchased it again. It was pre-owned but plays perfectly. I love the price and the shipping was super fast. I am very pleased with the seller and the product. The case is also in very good condition.

I have always been a huge fan of Alicia Keys, but this album is just amazing... The songwriting standard is so high and inspires me to do some somgwriting myself. Awesome cd!

This CD is good because it is a compilation of some of Alicia's greatest hits. Her live perfomances put a twist on the older songs and bring new life to them. Good album, great to have if you're a devoted Alicia Keys fan.

Inexpensive and great CDIt is a new (2005) excellent product from Alicia Keys. I enjoy it for hours!! I like it a lot because of there clarity and great sound and I love this perfomer!!

I bought this CD on half.com.Quick transaction. The condition was listed as "acceptable", however there was a dent in the CD, so every time I play "unbreakable", the CD skips. I've tried gently to clean the CD to no avail.Also no outer cover.
