This game is a true baseball sim and extremely fun to play. There are a few tiny issues which don't hurt the gameplay at all. I highly recommend this game for every baseball fan.

I played this game with a freind, and was so impressed I had to have it for myself. I live blocks from the bank, and when I play this I feel like I can almost see my house. Great game!!!!

great seller. item was recieved fast and in perfect condition. i would recommend this seller to anyone. seller was honest and made the transaction smooth and effortless.

This game was not all that great. The graphics will floor you on anything above 720p. Looks GREAT. However after only a few games you will notice the poor execution in the actual game play. BATTING - Just close your eyes and swing. You can guess the pitch and location and move the stick to the exact spot and whiff. Then homer with your pitcher on a whim. CORNY. This game was designed to be WATCHED and not PLAYED. For instance if a ball is out of the strike zone... forget it. No more swinging just b/c you wanna play rather than watch a pitcher throw 3 balls in a row to your favorite player. YOU WANNA PLAY, not watch. I went to the bathroom and came back and had 2 men on base. The pitching seems accurate but feilding is a bit off cue. A golden glove short stop will overthrow 1st base sometimes 2 or 3 times a game yet an average center feilder will throw you out at home. IMO it was just OK. Pick it up used or wait awhile before you purchase it. NOT WORTH THE $ NEW. This is just my review. - games I gave Excellent to were COD4 and NCAA Football 09. This is FAR from that caliber.

The graphics are excellent. Most of the time, it plays well and has lots of variations for play. What I dislike is that it has quirks in it. For example, I have seen times when you hit a home run and before the next batter comes to the plate, there is already a guy standing on second.

Received this shipment about 3 business days after winning the bid. Lastly, shipping was through USPS express, which is fast. Also, shipping was free, which is a huge discount compared to all other auctions. The game works perfectly and comes with the box and manual, both in very good condition. Overall, an excellent purchase.

Not perfect, but The Show is nearing perfection. Highly addictive (and I'm not a real baseball fan).

I brought this baseball game because I had the MLB 07 and I liked it soo much I wanted to try the 08 on playstation 3 gaming system. I tried the demo it was pretty good. Baseball is my favorite past time game for the console especially on ps3. I recommend it on the ps3 over the xbox 360.

Love it, simply love it! As far as video baseball games go I don't usually like them. The movements are robotic and never as good as other video sports. But this one is real good. The graphics are great and the play is exceptional. I haven't found anything about it yet that I don't like.

this game was really fun at first but then the inconsistencies are hard to overcome and become overwhelmingly frustrating. the strike zone, no hurry when fielders throw, and the worst: the terrible rubber band AI. no matter how much you're leading by in the late innings, even with 2 strikes and you throw a perfect pitch, it hits the batter. and after that it all goes to hell as the 7th or 8th batters start clobbering every pitch you throw.

My Dislike of the item purchased.
The item should have been listed as used. There were alot of finger prints
all over the DVD. The case lookes used alot. A person sould only have paid $25.00 for this DVD copy not $43.00. Personally I like EXCELLENT condition
so I would not have purchased an item like this one.

I'm an avid sports game player, and not only is this the best baseball game ever, but it may be the best SPORTS game ever. This is a must own for any baseball fan.

I bought the game for the ps2 and thought that I would also li8ke it for the PS3. I was 100% right. It is phenomenal the graphics are amazing the difference between the PS2 and the PS3 version is like night and day. The game is awesome and very user friendly. I love it and have not stopped playing it.
