M*A*S*H - Season 1 (DVD, 2004, 3-Disc Set; Sensormatic)

I love this show because, having been in the military, I can relate to a lot of the things that they went through. It's a good telling of how one must get along in a war zone. Without laughter and friendship you would go nuts.

I love MASH.The original season gives you Hawkeye,Trapper,Margaret and Frank,Henry Blake and Radar in their prime.Hilariously funny.No commercials. Complete episodes.Nothing cut out for commercial placement.Recommened for any MASH fan.

How could I let 3 seanson go by??? This by far the best price I have seen for this DVD set. And the shipping was just as good!

I bought this because it was one of my favorite shows when on. I also like it because it is the first season and these are not on tv as much anymore. So now I can watch them anytime.

It was shipped fast, but the DVD is not in continous running format, and not digitally remastered. This DVD should have both features, if it was indeed produced when it says it was. I would have left neutral feedback, or questioned the seller about this, but left "premature" positive feedback.
Buyer beware.

I have not recieved it yet. but I know for a fact I have been a mash lover since I was a kid and watching it. I will be buying the whole collection eventually

I loved MASH when I was growing up. My Dad had been in the Army and used to compare the show to real life. I once taped a MASH marathon for my 10 year old son and he literally wore the tapes out. He's on his own now{23 years old} and bought the full set of MASH dvds. It reminds him of his Pap who is gone now. I bought the DVDs because they're like a comfort thing they remind me of my Dad too. I have found that my 6 year old daughter also loves these episodes.

This is a great start to your MASH collection. I had never seen some of these episodes, and it was great seeing them in broadcast order.

I purchased this product because I absolutley LOVE M.A.S.H. and intend to buy more boxed sets of the series.

We want to have the complete M*A*S*H television series, and have a couple of the seasons already. We have always enjoyed the series, partly because of all the laughter we have from watching it, but partly because it gives a decent picture of war. Our daughter-in-law is Vietnamese, and her Father fought in Vietnam, so we always think of them when we're watching the show, even though it was based on the Korean War. This first season is good, of course, but you can definitely see a difference in how comfortable everyone is on the show, and the quality of the show seeming "real", with whatever the theme is at the time. It's a part of the series, so it's a "must buy", but it may not be watched as much as other seasons.

The DVD couldn`t been used on the dvd player since I live in Europe.I guess I should have been thinking about that before I purchased it,but I didn`t since I have absolutely no knowledge about DVD`s and DVD-players and the item was a gift for a friend.The seller also charged me over 15 dollars to much for shipping,so all in all a bad deal....
