Lunch Money book

I bought this book for my son. my husband heard it would be good to start him thinking about the concept of money. He is in 3rd grade. If I read it to him he seems to understand it. if he reads it, he is a little lost. it might be for an older child. But I have loved it and hopes he will understand the concept behind it. we have not made it through the whole book, it is long, but so far it had been really cute.
