Luminarias
) I found the video at a Blockbuster clearance. I loved it and found the characters to be funny and entertaining. The acting is great as well as the movies' message. I watched it over and over, to the point that my video was shaky and a bit distorted. So I searched for it on the Internet & found it on DVD. I bought 2. One for myself and one for my cousin. We both are very pleased w/ the quality of the movie and, of course, happy to watch it without all the shakiness. Thank you!

) The script was so well written. Each character was expertly portrayed. The subject matter was handled beautifully. It's a movie that you will want to watch over and over. I wish there were more movies like this. I have loaned it to several friends and they all shared my sentiments. Scenes, characters and music will remain in your mind long after the final credits. Don't forget to watch the Features. It is interesting with many entertaining insights. It won the 2001 ALMA award!.
