Lucy and Desi: A Home Movie is a MUST HAVE if you are a fan of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. It's unlike any other documentary or special. When watching this DVD you can truly feel the love between this famous couple. Their home movies take you into their lives, off camera and away from Hollywood, like you were a part of the family. Since, they've been around for so long on TV, most of us feel a part Arnaz family anyway. This DVD brings us even closer. I remember watching it when it was originally released back in the early 90's. Now, having a greater appreciation for Lucille Ball, watching it again felt like it was the first time. The film is beautifully remastered and looks amazing with the latest technology. I Love Lucy and if you do too, then this DVD has got to be part of your collection.

) This is an awesome look at the personal lives of Lucy & Desi. This is not a comedy but there's never a dull moment.
The I've got a secret episode featured in the extras is special in its own right. It features the last living person that witnessed Abe Lincoln's murder whom was only 5 years old at the time.

Lucy and Desi: A Home Movie (DVD)Being a huge Lucy fan I couldn't wait for this movie to come out on DVD, (it was previously released on VHS.) I was very pleased with this movie, you get the inside facts straight from her children and friends who knew Lucy and Desi. I particularly like the ending where for a brief moment when you finally get to see Lucy and Desi together again years later. It is a must for any Lucille Ball fan.
