I was wandering if Kenny would make a return to his island/rock/country/blues style that was so memorizing in "Songs From An Old Blue Chair". This is probably my favorite album of his yet, I'm glad he departed from the poppy country music he made in The Road and the Radio and Poets & Pirates. "Everybody Wants to Go to Heaven" is an excellent remake of George Strait's version. The rest of the album is mixes up the slow and contemplative with energetic and happy, which is why I like it. His music is inspired by reggae, and it ebs and flows like the ocean waves. His "10 with a 2" track sounded more fitting to the party sounds of Poets and Pirates, but it's still upbeat. Overall a great album.

Absolutley his best yet! Kenny has the style and grace to do country music justice, he does it proud and does it with personality, there was not one song on the album that I did not like!

Decided to buy this CD because I've heard a few Kenny Chesney songs on Radio Margaritaville and liked the sound. On this particular CD, I like many of the tunes, and really didn't dislike anything about the transaction. Would do it again.

) I recently purchased the Lucky Old Sun Album and am very pleased with the quality and cost. There isn't a song on the whole album that isn't great. If one is looking for a great album of New Country Western music , look no further, you have just found it.

How can you not love this CD?
It’s a little slower than a lot of Kenny Chesney's previous music. You can tell it has been mostly written on the islands.
Can't wait to hear this cd in the summer, with the waves lapping at my feet. Heaven!!!

Great CD with A great price as always from E-bay. Kenny shines as A stripped down version of his studio efforts comes through loud and clear. I really like the reggae feel and the island vibe of this album. The acoustic tracks are crisp and very tight. The Whalers are A great match for Kenny his style blends perfectly with there familiar Jamaican sound. I give this CD an A- it hits the mark.
