I believe that our thoughts are the cause of our own suffering and Byron Katie brings this truth to surface in this eye opening book that will change your life. Having to struggle myself, with depression, for several years it was through conscious awareness of my thoughts, which confirmed my belief that no one caused my depression nor my pain, but my thoughts. With this awareness I was able to break the chains that kept me a prisoner for so many years.
This is a must read book.
