Love's Enduring Promise (DVD, 2005, Full Frame)

I love this movie. It is about pioneer times and a lady that loses her husband on the wagon train. She is offered a home for the winter in exchange for taking care of this man's daughter. Of course, in those times, they had to get married in order to live together so they do. As the movie progresses, you watch as they learn to deal with the grief of losing someone they love, they learn to communicate with each other, and they learn to deal with life's everyday ups and downs. This is a movie that leaves you feeling good at the end. There's no sex, violence, or foul language. There is a Christian theme. It's a great family movie. And, as an added benefit, the movies continue on. I have the next dvd to watch too and I can't wait.

Another beautiful story of faith, love and families and neighbors sticking together in difficult times. I bought it because I wanted to complete my "Love Comes Softly" series.

Wonderful sequel just as inspiring as the first. It seemed like it truely was the same story. The family enjoyed it as much as Love Comes Softly. It is refreshing to find a series of movies the family can truly enjoy.

Great family movie with a good story. You didn't have to worry about sexual content, violence or foul language. I wish we could say this about more movies.

There are four dis to this series, this is disc 2 these are excelent family set movies, I would recomend getting all four and sit down with family and watch, I believe there is a #five that will be out soon. These will make you laugh, cry and connect with the people. Its like little house only more realistic. Well worth watching.

I saw this movie on Hallmark channel and instantly loved it. Great movie great storyline. I brought the whole series.

I enjoyed this movie as the young girl becomes a woman and has to make the decision between her feeling of love and growing up.

Just like "Love Comes Softly" (in the same series) it is one fine example of movie making. In a day and age where there is actually very little decent things on TV, this stands apart and is rated EXCELLENT by me.

I really like this movie, I have seen it on the Hallmark channel enough times that I decided I wanted to purchase it. I like movies that are from back in the 1800's like Little House on the Prairie or Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. This movie really got me.. I love it.

Logan Bartholomew who play Willy/nate is hot like a supper cutie but anyway loved it, Missie is strong will and lovely and it was great seeing the family again i enjoy it from beginning to end

This is an awesome movie. It is clean, yet well made. The story is a good mix of having you anticipate what is going to come next, yet not to intense. I always love to watch this movie. Recommend highly to others!!!

i think this was one of the best movies i have seen recently-portraying a believable story of characters who grow, develop and overcome obstacles and who happen to be christians. not mushy, preachy or unreal. not afraid to present real questions with thoughtful, uncontrived answers. refreshing!

I bought a movie that was described as New Sealed. Everything was great with it. It was shipped promptly and I received it within a week. When the package came it was well protected in what can be shipping hazards. The box cover was in good condition and the movie itself was indeed sealed.

I'm buying each one of the Love Come Softly dvds.I have seen them all on Hallmark Channel and love the series.They are a great inspiration.

This movie is absolutely AWESOME! Once again they had an AMAZING cast and the story was uplifting and edifying. Not to mention, the actor for Willie is wicked good looking ;) I love that this movie is safe for the whole family and that it not only entertains but also teaches without making it feel like that's the only point. It's too bad that in the rest of this series they switched the actress for Missy; I don't think she's as good and it takes away from the story since they don't even look alike. So, I'm just sticking with the first two!

I liked the story without alot of violence. It's a movie you can watch with your family and not be uncomfortable in any way.

I had watched a later movie in the sequence and liked it and decided to see if I could find earlier one's. Just happened that someone was willing to part with the two I bought. My thanks to them!!

I love the series and my daughters wanted to own their own copies of each movie in the series. We appreciated the fact that it is a movie that the entire family can enjoy.
