) My wife and I stumbled upon Lovejoy when it was playing on BBC America. We were hooked from the beginning. What impressed us the most that there was little to no violence, no language to embarrass any viewer, and if you are in need of a good old fashioned belly laugh this is just what the doctor ordered. If you are not sure, buy a season and check it out. I guarantee that you will purchase the rest.

OMG!! Brings back great times with my mom!i use to watch this series on A&E when I was in jr high and high school. We both loved Lovejoy! When I saw this I just had to get it to bring back some great memories. My mom was SO surprised! love love love these mysteries. If your wondering whether to buy, I don't think you'll be disappointed!! filled with interesting and lovable characters, as well as suspence and intrigue!!

) I love the old Lovejoy series. The characters are enjoybale and I like the antique theme to things. I bought it here because it was offered significantly less than retail. The seller was great, quick shipping and good service.
