Louise Solomon's Yoga & Pilates - Vol. 1 (DVD, 2004)

I thought of buying this because I wanted a workout that did not bore me, that I could do on a regular basis. However, there is not much time that I have during the day, and it bothers me that this girl does not buckle down to the exercise as soon as possible. There are a lot of shots taken of the location, scenes of the group exercising, and the problem with that is, I can't seem to make the fast forward command work --- almost as if that command was disabled here! So I have to go through everything before getting to the workout itself. I don't have a lot of time to do the workout, which is why I need to get to the exercise as soon as I can, given my heavy work schedule. But apart from that, the pilates/yoga exercises seem to help my core strengthen itself, and I've noticed a change in my muscle tone. I'm very short and petite, but I've been getting comments from neighbors and friends that I'm starting to look longer and leaner. Perhaps this workout really works, but at the same time if you're like me, and don't have a lot of time to spare, it would be good to find a program you can skip through to find the workout you need.
