This television adaptation of the Louis L'Amour western THE IRON MARSHALL tells the tale of an Irish mob enforcer who finds himself on the run in the old west, and ends up as the marshall of a lawless town.

This made for T.V. Movie only follows the book a little bit. The book is much better than the movie but the movie is still worth watching.Matthew Settle doe's a good job playing the lead.

If your a Louis L'amour fan remember it dosen't always follow the book try to watch it without comparing to the Book you will like it better that way.

This is a better movie than I expected. It is entertaining and I'm glad to have added it to my collection. My wife watched it with me and she liked it although she's not an old western movie fan.

It was a good movie but, not as good as the book. I would say buy this movie if you like these kinds of movies but, by all means read the book first.

marginal l"amour story made into movie good story but left you hanging at the end almost like it was a pilot for a tv series,definatly not the best of L"amours storys made into a movie but heads above some of the older movies of the 50s that were poured out into westerns or the poor remakes of the 60s if you can get it for the price of a matinee at local theatre you wont be sorry
