This is the starting point of one of the greatest book trilogy's to be put onto the big screen, and now to DVD. There are so many variables in the Fellowship to learn and follow throughout which all interconnect in the next two movies.
Frodo and Sam as well as all the members of the Fellowship will join together, be tested, become friends, and try to fight as one in the world's darkest hour.
If you know nothing of this story, allow yourself to journey into a story where mankind and all others are bound for one purpose, to destroy evil and allow middle earth to once again thrive in all its splendor.
Excellent special effects add to this wonderful written and foretold tale! This movie was nominated and won over 14 emmy's and as it should have. One of those rare stories that will last forever!
