Since I just received this book today, I've not yet dug into this book to actually start a project from it yet, but this appears to be an excellent "stashbuster" book to have in your personal library and I was very pleased to be able to get it quickly and inexpensively on Ebay. Fellow quilters will understand the concepts of the 5" nickels, 10" dimes & Fat "Quarters" referred to in the book title. The directions look simple & easy to follow and the photos are to drool over with one great project after another. The writer has a great sense of humor from some of the introductory sections I have already looked at. There are also some great suggestions included with each project that will help quilters with tricks/tips along the way.

beautiful pattern book
) some wonderful patterns. you'll need to becoome framiliar with the quilting terms nickle, dimes and quarters. would have been nice if the author has give yardages .... especiall for those if us who do not have large stashes.
