I bought the book for a communications class, and it had some very interesting ideas and topics. I'd recommend it to anyone who's interested in specific types of communication such as: non-verbal, perception, emotions, and so on.

While the product arrived in the condition stated by the buyer, it was extremely late. I had ordered it for a course, and did not receive it until week 4. I had written to the seller inquiring if there was a way for me to pay additional shipping to speed the process, but never received a reply. Unfortunately for the seller, they ended up shipping it priority which of course meant incurred costs for them. I had since gone to another source and purchased the same material and received it in a couple of days! I'm glad I did that rather than wait the 4 weeks!
