I'm a big fan of Doo Wop music and just love Armand Assanti. This movie gave me both. Not only does it have great music to bring back those older memories, but it has a story behind it of a single father struggling with a young daughter with Leukemia and 2 sons one of which is also a musician. The only thing bad about it is that it isn't longer. I've watched it at least 5 times and have loaned it to several friends and they all loved it.

looking for an echoThis movie staring Armond Assante, with a sound track by Kenny Vance and the planotones, is a very well done high quality movie that only made it to the theatures on a very limited basis in the late 90s.Its a story of a singing group from Brooklyn who made it to the top and then broke up shortly after. However it is also a very god family drama as well.Its a real tear jerker, as well as the story of a doo wop group.If You love Assante,Kenny Vance or just a really great Drama you will really enjoy this movie.
