What I loved about this book is the how practical it was and just how much sense it made. I now know why I "work best under pressure" and how it contributes to my fluctuating weight and more importantly HOW TO FIX IT!!
Joyce is an amazing teacher. She tells it like it is... no sugar coating (no pun intended ;). Their is no disgusting diet foods to eat, no yucky drinks to drink, and more importantly it helps you maintain a steady weight.. a good weight for you and to top it all of she gives you a biblical foundation for all of it.
An excellent read for anyone who simply wants to live a healthier, more productive life.
