The Longevity Factor by Joseph Maroon (2008, Hardcover)
I bought the book because I had read thru parts of it at B&N and ordered thru eBay to get a better price (I did!).
This is the best book I've seen that explains at the molecular and cell level the health and longevity benefits of polyphenols such as resveratrol, quercetin, etc.
My only criticism is that he is so historically thorough giving credit to every researcher in history of this discovery process that his documentation cluters the book. I would really like to see an synopsis of just the science in condensed form without all the credits. If you can get thru all this it's the best book for non scientist on the market covering this subject. I found it personally very beneficial and am following his suggestion....enjoy red wine!!
