Well worth it!
I decided to purchase this book because I heard it was good. I'm NOT at all disappointed!! It is very good..I appreciate the details and realistic information. Excellant tips to prepare you for travel. It confirms what our friends have already told us, those who have visited and those who live in Africa...we leave for Africa in a couple of days and hopefully can confirm the author's evaluations of places, things, & people. I would definately purchase other Lonely Planet publications.
