Lonely Planet Nepal by Hugh Finlay, Richard Everist, Tony Wheeler (1999, Paperback)

This book is wonderful. I found it to be concise and easy to read. The information was accurate and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about Nepal and the beautiful Nepali people. It covers all the bases, from where to stay, what and where to eat, the must see sites, best place to find pizza (haha), local customs and festivals, religions, government policies, hospitals for foreigners, medical care facilities, recommended vaccinations, best flight routes....on and on. I don't know if a better guide has been written. It's the perfect read and full of useful information from begining to end. A+.
