Lois & Clark - The Complete Third Season (DVD, 2006)

I was only an occasional viewer of "Lois & Clark" until the third season got me completely hooked. If you are a die-hard Superman fan, you may enjoy this series, but keep in mind that the Superman persona takes a backseat to the "Lois and Clark" relationship in this television series. The show is a romantic comedy in every way, and the third season's focus is on Lois & Clark's struggles to make it as a couple as they deal with the reality that Clark is Superman.

While not a single episode of this 22-episode season should be missed, a few shows are particularly entertaining. In the extremely creative "Virtually Destroyed" written by Dean Cain himself, Lois and Clark find out what a deadly game virtual reality can really be. The next episode, "Home Is Where the Hurt Is," tugs at the heartstrings as Lois keeps vigil at the bedside of a gravely ill Superman. The season-ending "Big Girls Don't Fly" is yet another tear-jerker as Clark and Lois are faced with the decision of whether or not Clark should leave Earth to rule over New Krypton, a planet in trouble.

Finally, while some fans dislike the "Wedding Arc" that occurs in the second half of the season, these episodes do not fail to keep us on the edges of our seats. Besides, how boring would it be to see our favorite couple happy all the time? This lengthy separation makes their reunion all the more satisfying. It's also great to see the return of John Shea as Lex Luthor during this arc. Born to play this role, Shea creates a character that is so easy to love to hate.

I am a huge Superman fan and the reason why I bought it is because I collect everything I can related to Superman. I wanted to have this collection; to bad it was very short.

I have enjoyed the previous two seasons of Lois and Clark and I did like this third season as well. The story progresses and then stalls for a few episodes, but it's worth it if you've gotten into the series. If you can't remember much of the show, I would recommend renting it before buying to see if you consider it something worth owning. I consider it worth it because there are only four seasons of this show and it used to be one of my favorite shows when I was younger.

After a friend lent the First Season to me and my girls to watch, we were hooked! We purchased Season Two on e-bay and just had to see Season Three, as well.

Good, clean, family entertainment. Minimal swearing (nothing truly offensive); minimal sexual content (mostly innuendos and kissing).

I still have not decided if I liked the final episode, but I certainly didn't hate the way it ended--it left room for more seasons, which I wish there were!

Highly recommend you watch the three seasons in order, but I don't know that it's critical. It certainly tied the whole story line together best when viewed in order.

I enjoyed watching this series when I was younger, and I feel I can appreciate it more now than I did then. I love Lois and Clark!

The third season of Lois & Clark is a good set to own for any fan of the Superman lore, or a comics fan in general. While it's not as good as the first or second season, it's still a very good production. My wife has even started watching the DVD's with me as she has gotten caught up in the romance between Lois & Clark. I would recommend this to anyone who is remotely interested in Superman.

I have had a crush on Dean Cain. I watched each episode when it was on local TV and when it went to TNT. Thats the main reason I decided to but it. I wish that there was more then just the 4 seasons. I can live with it though.

This has to be the show's best season so far. I loved the first two season, but this one has to be the most inventive and most enjoyable to watch. I would recommend this item to anyone who loves the show.

Lois & Clark is one of my favorite TV shows, I don't dislike anything about it. I like the way Dean Cain portrayed a Superhero among "ordinary" men, yet as Clark Kent was among those men himself.
I bought this because I'd been wanting to get the Lois & Clark set for a long time, and now I finally have all four seasons.

I am a big superman fan so buying this was great thanks they will never be a dislike and now i have the whole cpllection.

I loved the Series. Superman is one of my favorite Movies. I like to be able to watach it anytime I want. I dislike nothing.

I loved the first 2 seasons and wanted to see more since i missed most of it when it was on TV , I'm looking to purchase season 4 soon
