I enjoy watching Montel's show and this book is very informative and has several recipes. Very good book indeed. Thanks a Bunch

I really thought I was buying "Living Well Emotionally" but I guess I clicked the wrong thing.

But this book is good too. Good thing I love to read. I have all of his books now and like all of them.

Montels book tells info that if you have MS or something similar what to eat ect. He always does a great book.

I love the book. I heard about it from watching Montel. I am always looking for ways to improve my self esteem. This book helps you take care of yourself and changes your life for the better. I would recommend it to everyone.

its a great book. I bought because I watch Montel and he has shows on living well. Ive tried the juicing for breakfast and its great.

I bought it because I wanted to know about Montel's life with multiple sclerosis,as I have it also. I could have gone to a bookstore to buy it , but this was quick and one less thing on my list of things to do!!!
