
Unhappy customer

You have poor customer support service I am very unhappy with you're service. I was trying to return a book that I didn’t receive until 19 days after I purchase this book. Your customer service answer to me was (sorry you disagree with our eBay half decision to not reimbursement your money)per the owner said they talked to your C/S so what i got out of the conversation is that you're C/S took the word of the seller that i had there book. Which is a Lie. I had to go and buy another book in order to complete my class. This does not leave a good impression about you're customer service or the members/seller you have online to purchase books, or should i say at lease one of you're members. I will not be recommending anyone to sign up to your website to order books. Believe me after this bad experiences I will now let the people at the University know what type of service you providing. You're member/seller that i had bought the book from this Meg person, come to fine out it was her husband writing me these email, with her name sign to them. Very unprofessional. I don't know if it's ebay ehalf.com, All i know if your customer service had any question about me receiveing this book or not they should of asked. I had explain to them in one of my emails that i had to go and purchase another book, so the expense for me was $200.00. I will be removing my name from you're service.
