Live Trucker [PA] by Kid Rock (CD, Feb-2006, Atlantic USA)

Well I have been waiting for a CD like this to come out since 'Devil Without A Cause'. Excellent music! Awesome to load up on the MP3 player to work out to. Love the live crowd in Michigan...kinda reminded me a little of Bob Seger's Live Bullet (which is a classic). I wasn't sure how the duet with Gretchen Wilson was going to be but it was really, really good (for Picture instead of Cheryl Crow). The only thing that I didn't like about it was the last song, it just didn't fit, seemed like it might have been thrown in at the last minute but the rest rocks...!!

I bought this cd for three songs. The rest of the cd is okay. A lot of the songs sound similar to each other but I still love Kid Rock all the same!!

I like the fact that this is a 'live' cd-makes you feel like your at the show which is pretty cool! Content wise a bit too much on the 'rappy' side for my tastes but LOVE Picture-I think that this version with Gretchen Wilson is much better than the one with Sheryl Crow-(personal opinion)! And I bought it for the song Motherf**ker which I also thought was GREAT! A real cool mix of rock meets south with the Kid Rock attitude-I absolutely LOVED that song!!! Those 2 songs alone were more than worth the price of this cd!! The rest I thought was okay-probably more geared toward the younger generation! I'm a country/southern rock fan born in the 60's which is why Kid Rock's All Summer Long is what got me listening to him and buying Rock N Roll Jesus which in my opinion is the BEST cd to come out in YEARS! I LOVE THAT!!! There is only 1 song on that cd that I don't like and that NEVER happens! Your lucky if you buy a cd and like 2 or 3 songs! So I'd have to say if your into the rap/rock you will probably like Live Trucker. However if your more into the southern rock def. get Rock N Roll Jesus-that cd is AWESOME!!! Live Trucker isn't a bad cd at all-just not my personal style-if your young and a Kid Rock fan get it-it's worth the bucks. But if your older and like country/southern music definitely get Rock N Roll Jesus-I can't say enough about that cd-it's made me a Kid Rock fan forever! And many thanks to all the radio stations that played All Summer Long! That's the song that got me into Kid Rock and many other people have told me the same thing! It appears that Kid Rock has found his perfect niche in the music industry-double platinum on that cd with another followup to it coming this year? That's pretty amazing! He's worked hard and made it to the top-good for him and I hope he's enjoying his success-he sure earned it!

TED NUGENT IS A ROCK GOD...........................................BUT. HE IS NO LONGER THE MOTOR CITY MAD MAN.THAT TITLE NOW BELONGS TO KID ROCK.THIS MAN IS VERY TALENTED,THIS CD SHOWS HIS TALENT IN A HUGE WAY.THIS LIVE CD IS A VERY EXCITING EXAMPLE OF HIS LIVE SHOW.I'VE SEEN KID ROCK IN CONCERT AND HE IS AWSOME.

I have just recently become a KID ROCK fan. This CD is really great! I also love his Rock and Roll Jesus CD. The earlier stuff is a little too hip hop for me...glad he is leaning towards Country and Southern Rock. Very unique.

My husband is a big Kid Rock fan, so I bought it for him for Christmas. He really enjoys playing it on his car cd player. I was riding along with him in his car and he was playing it. I can't believe how much I enjoyed most of the songs myself. I would recommend buying it. The seller sent the cd quickly and in great condition.

I love Kid Rock! don't want to spend full price for cd's, one i bought is like practically new! for less than half the price!
