Synopsis Nikolai the Dollmaker makes matryoshkas in his shop that's settled in a tiny Russian village. Nina, the littlest matryoshka of a new set Nikolai has made, falls off the shelf and ends up being accidentally kicked outside into the cold snow. When her sisters, Anna, Olga, Varka, Vandia, and Nadia, are sold without her, Nina, on her quest to reunite with them, has some neat adventures--she takes a ride in a dump truck, floats down a stream, and meets a squirrel. But will Nina ever be reunited with her family?
