Small ipod with three selections to aid sleep

I bought this machine to help me sleep. It's compact and easy to use. The first selection is helpful but the other two, which are to simulate brain waves are not condusive to sleep for me. They just sound like noises. I would not recommend this machine as an aid to sleep problems.
