For the first time ever, all 80 of Hal Roach's original 1929-1938 classic shorts featuring Buckwheat, Spanky, Alphalpha, and the rest of Our Gang--from the era before Roach sold the rights to MGM--are available here in one package. Included among this complete collection of uncut, remastered, and restored episodes are numerous contributions of various types from noted film historians, an additional 10 silent shorts from Hal Roach's personal library, several documentaries including a look at racism as it pertains to the show, a special "where are they now" update featuring some of the surviving cast members, and much more.

    I have always loved the Our Gang/Little Rascals.This set is a great collection of the fabulous film shorts.I don't know if this is a "complete collection".I have read stories saying that some film shorts are missing.I'm not sure,but there are alot of these shorts that I have never seen before.It was great to see all these great shorts in uncut glory.The bounus material is okay.There was a good segment talking about Spanky in his older years.If you loved these shorts before,this would be a good set to get.It's amazing how funny the Rascals are still after all these years.
