The Little Mermaid (DVD, 1999)

This is one of my favoite disney master pieces. My iece and I watch it all the time. This is a classic example of why disney is so great, while many of there more recent movies have been disipointing from an adults entertainment and artistic veiw, this and many other classic titles are just so beautifully done, You MUST see this film...

Very upset!!! Have not received my DVD or unable to get a hold of seller to return my money!!! My DVD has tabken forever! I sent an e-mail a couple of weeks ago to receive my money back. I have not heard from seller. I am going to report him to E-bay!

Great movie. I think Disney really did a wonderful job on this movie, proving that they still have the talent!! Walt would have been proud!

i never got it so i have nothing good to say. now you want me to write 100 words about how bad this was i bought it 2 monthe ago and have never seen it. why should i have to explain that in 100 words it was bad i dont know if i would even by anything else from ebay. right now i dont have any thing good to say about ebay thank you for your time i lost money and never got anything for it

I loved this movie when I was a child, and was glad to pass it down to my girls. They enjoy watching it over and over and over. I even watched it a few times my self for old time saks

We haven't opened it yet. It's in plastic wrap, we're giving it to the kids for Christmas. It looks like it could be brand new, however, there seems to be a little fading on the cover.

The Little Mermaid is a story that will never grow old, even when you do. The creative and colorful characters are engaging and loveable. The story is solid and powerful. The songs and animation will stick with you as long as you live. This Disney classic belongs in any and all DVD collections.

the first one we got did not play all the way to the end !. contacted seller & they sent another ... it did not play to the end either ! bought a real one from disney when it was released on dvd from them !

Everything went fine. The product was in good shape.The only difficult thing was she was not hooked up to paypal.

I bought The Little Mermaid (Limited Issue) DVD on eBay from a foreign seller. This DVD although not exactly like the standard American DVD does actually play on the newer DVD players here in America and looks just like any store bought DVD when played on screen. The DVD I bought was labeled in a non typical way and the packaging was not typical American but it plays just like an American DVD and is a little less expensive from overseas. So I would recommend buying most DVDs from overseas or anywhere on eBay. All the DVDs I have purchased on eBay whether from the US or overseas have been just great. My little nieces enjoyed The Little Mermaid so much so it was a great buy.

I did not receive the dvd. Never heard from them. I had e-mailed them several times. The worst experience I ever had.

This movie is a fantastic movie, as far as content goes. What is lacking is that the animation is not as bright as I had expected. It appears rather dull as compared to my other Disney movies purchased in the past few years (I am not including comparisons to Disney/Pixar movies as they are a different form of animation).

So I had to rate this item as average due to the dull appearance of the animation. Other than that, it is a great movie and I look forward to its re-release with enhanced animation.

i AM A GREAT DISNEY FAN, ESPECIALLY WITH THEIR ANIMATED STORIES. I HAVE THE ENTIRE COLLECTION ON VHS AND NOW AM ATTEMPTING TO CONVERT TO DVD. THE LITTLE MERMAID IS FUN, MUSICAL AND REALISTIC FOR CHILDREN OF ALL AGES AND THE MOVIE IS WELL DONE

i did not even recieve my product. it has been a month and a half and when i tried to contact the seller, he would not respond!!! i am very upet and will never buy another thing on ebay.

The dvd came in excellent condition, I loved the artwork of the case very different than other versions I've seen. DVD played excellent, and had clear picture and subtitles as well. I decided to buy this dvd to help me rebuild my Disney dvd collection after I had to sell it when times got rough. Now my Little Mermaid dvd collection is complete after finding both one and two off of here and price was great too couldn't believe how cheap I picked this up for. Will buy more disney dvds off of here soon!

I love the Little Mermaid and was excited to see it offered. I NEVER received it. There was never any communication Luckily I was using paypal and I retrieved my money back after about a month of not receiving anything, this seller should be taken off ebay!

I love the story in it and there are things that just make you laugh. The only bad part of buying this movie, is I have not recieved it yet. It has been a month now,

Thought I was getting the original... Was disapointed to find out it wasn't... Was a good movie don't get me wrong... Fuzzy in some parts! But what do you expect for the price?! If I woulda have known it was bootlegged, I would never have bought it and waited untill it came out again on DVD in stores!

This DVD was an obvious bootleg and was defective. It skipped to the point that it was unwatchable. The seller did refund my money, and did not deny that it was not authentic as described.

Do everything you can to be sure that your purchase is an authentic one.
