I enjoy little house on the prairie very much,it shows the hardship people had to go through,but it also shows the love of the whole Ingalls family. In this season of little house on the prairie "MA" cuts her leg on old wire, her family leaves,leaving her in a "matter of faith." there are also other classic episodes on this season such as "at the end of the rainbow", and "the gift." This is indeed a great season of the classic series!!!

My kids absolutely love watching this!! I feel good knowing that everything they view of LHoP is wholesome. My husband and I will often go in to check on them and get caught up watching with them. They are all in mid- to late elementary school grades (even the boy (age 8) enjoys it!).

A true gem. And a great classic. If you haven't seen LHotP I don't know what you're waiting for, this was and still is one of the best TV series that there ever was. The show always had captivating episodes. And valuable morals. I highly recommend this to everyone that wants something fun and wholesome for the whole family.

We love these shows,we as a family are really enjoying this time together watching.For me its very nostalgic.

Our whole family loves these shows. It's become a favorite Christmas present. A new season each year. It's not like the shows now where everything is predictable, and every kid is a smart mouth, sometimes there are sad, bad, or just not fun issues and they're handled wit great morality and class. Everything doesn't always just work out great by the end of the show, it shows real life consequences, and that our choices do affect us. And other episodes are so funny we're all laughing out loud. Our children range from 3 - 8 years old and we enjoy them just as much as they do. It also gives us the chance to talk about real life situations. It has been a truly wonderful experience for us. And if your kids complain about chores, wait till they see what the Ingalls girls had to do for chores! Not to mention Ma and Pa. I truly feel you can't go wrong with this series!

I like to start off and say I love Little House on The Prairie. So far I have watched season 1,2,and 3. I have found that the order of which they were played on the air is wrong with how they are on these DVD's. Some items on season 3 should have been with season 2 as well as season 2 on 1. I do not mind much, but it does make it a little confusing for the little ones. My 10 year old realizes this. The quality of season 1 is off; regarding the colors are sometimes redish and sometimes yellowish. On season 2 and 3 I noticed strange sounds like static and skipping. I know it is not my DVD player since I just got it back from the shop. Even though with all of this, I feel the picture is pretty good considering how long ago this was aired. These are great DVD's for yourself and the little ones. I reccomend this to all. Thanks

We read the Little House books for school and visited one of the homes. My kids loved the series and wanted to get the seasons of it. They watch it and like to tell the difference from the books to the movie (there are a few). But overall it is good TV that anyone can watch.

this show just shows how it was to live the era of when you had to work hard just
to make it.also has several great actors and actresses that shine in the show.
my wife loves the series and we both can set and watch show after show of the series.

Oh, how I wished there were more great shows like the "Little House" series. That is one reason I threw out my TV, nothing decent for the whole family anymore. I do watch these on my computer and will always love the Ingalls. You will not go wrong by letting series like these go on for generations.

Its wonderful! Its about the first American families. Its pure. I love it because I own Seasons 1,5,6,& 7. This is my favorite! It makes me laugh! It makes me cry. It makes me mad, sad, and just about every emotional response I can imagine. I watch them over & over & just can't seem to get enough of Pa, Ma & Laura. You'll love it too!

I just recently got this DVD, and like the other seasons, it's the best. Once again I can relive the struggles and triphumps of a family trying their best to make a go of living on the prairie, and still being able to keep their faith strong and everlasting. I can watch it over and over again, and never get sick of one episode. Great acting, and a big part of our families as well. Michael should be very proud of this show.
