    I am a huge Laura Ingalls Wilder fan. I watched the other show growing up--I was even Laura one Halloween. I didn't know what to expect of this new version but I loved it. The little girl is very believable as Laura. They include interaction with the Native Americans which is very interesting. The neighbors are great too. It is slightly funny and sometimes scary--as you would expect historically. The directing is fantastic. It is definately one to watch. I saw the miniseries and e-mailed ABC to put it on dvd I enjoyed it so much!
