I bought two of these books as a gift for my two flower girls for my upcoming wedding. The book is darling and has a cute story that will help explain what the flower girls "role" is. It touches on worries that a child might have running out of flowers, being nervous, forgetting to drop petals. It also helps to explain that a wedding is more then the dress, cake etc. and that it brings two families together and everyone has a good time. Perfect to try and explain that I will now be an aunt to my fiancee's little niece. Very cute and highly recommended. I am giving my gift early so that the girls will now a little of what will happen and not be worried.

  Why I bought this book
Review created: 09/04/06

I purchased this book about a flower girl for my 21 month old cousin who LOVES books and is also going to be a flower girl in my wedding on 11/11/06. I wanted to to have some understanding of what she will be doing that day instead of being scared to death. At first she wasn't that interested in the book, because it was a little to grown up for her, but she has come to love it and reads it many times a day. We'll see how the wedding goes LOL
