Not worth buying/reading, even @ 99 cents (sorry)
The book title and the chapter titles (table of contents) are what attracted me to this book. It sounded like it was just what I was looking for which was a simple and effective way to let go of issues that couldn't otherwise be forgiven or forgotten.
The first thing I noticed when I started reading it was that it didn't flow. I found that I had to reread sentences and paragraphs to grasp what the author was trying to say. In case you're wondering, I'm not simple minded or thick so it wasn't me.
After the first couple of chapters I spot read a few pages towards the center of the book to see if it got better. It didn't so I never got beyond that point. I don't mean to be mean but it's no wonder the "used" copy I bought looked as though it had never been read. I donate my books and I predict the person who purchases this copy will come to the same realization.
