Listening to Music by Craig M. Wright (2007, Package)

The package came in way later than I thought it would. It came in by the last few days within the range that eBay gave me. HOWEVER the seller was very considerate to me and included the CD collection that comes with the CD. I didn't realize they would come with the package. It was totally worth the wait though.

I receieved the book along with the 6 CD set in great condition and I paid an unbelievably low price. The book was very user friendly and I was able to find all that I needed for my class. The CD's were great as well, I learned a lot about classical music.

I very much liked the listening samples, which can be heard on the accompanying CD set. There is an intro CD included, and then there is a 2 CD set, and a 6 CD set. The Listening samples in each chapter also have corresponding quizzes. Overall, I would recommend this book because of the interesting subject matter. It is suitable for a readers with a range of experience; those who cannot read music, and those who can. The information on composers was very educatioinal, and the chapter reviews were essential in studying for exams. Basically, a great intro to music textbook.

It is a good book about classical music and music history. It was also the first item I bought on E-Bay, and I am very pleased with my purchase.
