How to List and Sell Real Estate by Danielle Kennedy, Warren Jamison (2002, Package)

I'm familiar with Dianne Kennedy's other work and those ideas helped me, so why not buy a cheap book with resonable shipping. I've found in reading the book that the author expects us to set the book down once in a while and do some activies that take some time and investment and at first I skipped over these activities.... but later, on you need the information from the earlier activities to do the next..... so I went back and started from scratch doing the things asked by the author and it's been good..... I'm tracking my many duties as a realtor and have seen a big jump in my sale production in a down market.....last month I was one of the top 5 producers in an office of 20 plus....I have less than a year of experiance?????
