Easy to use if you are familiar with Linksys Products and know that the default IP address of the camera is 192.168.1.115 Cause......I had a hard time finding that information. Also user name is "admin" and so is the password, you have to enter both to get to the setup page. Picture is grainy and in low light conditions forget it. But if you want a portable network camera and use your own FTP program in good lighting conditions. This will do the job.

I'll agree with the low light situation is not the best for these cameras, but if someone had a problem using it on Vista, they should have contacted their computer's manufacturer, or Cisco, since it works just fine on home premium or basic on 3 different computers I installed and run it on. Works fine on XP Home 32 and XP Pro 32 as well. In short, you should call a technician if you have a problem, that's what we get paid for! (And no I don't work for Cisco.)

This video camera granted isnt the best out there, but it is a great all around good product. It might not have a stunning image but its still very decent for the price you pay for it. Additionally its wireless!! I might be placing them outdoors and stick them in some kind of camera casing. These are great because it comes with excellent software to record and manage all the cameras that you buy of this kind. So I buy only this kind. You can also set this for motion recording via the software remote viewer. Its a network camera so you can view it all around the world granted you know how to configure it. So just plug it in your network. Overall this is a great product for its price.

Great camera for the price. It can be watched over the internet wherever you are. It doesn't have the better quality in the world but in my Iphone it looks great. I decide to buy it to watch

Follow the installation directions carefully, know how to create port forwarding and DMZ services with your router, and install the included camera viewer on disk. Record the IP address that the camera has been assigned, you will need it when you are searching for the wireless camera mode. Set up the internet camera with your ethernet cable first, then install the camera viewer so you can find the camera in wireless mode for both LAN and INTERNET tabs. Then set up your DDNS Sololink account, assign passwords to your camera setup, camera viewer access and Sololink account. Find out who are with your children when you are not at home from any internet terminal. Stick with it if you don't get it to work the first time. Once you get it to work, you will not be disappointed.

It is great i really love how i can see my house when i am not at home i would highly recommend other people to buy this same item because i really enjoy it.

For the price I paid, this camera got the job done. Setting up with CD didn't work, as it didn't detect camera. After inserting a pin to reset the settings in the camera and going directly to the default url, setup was quick. like it.

the fine print looks good but its use-less to me
