The compact unit lets you keep an eye on your home, your kids, and your workplace on whatever that is important to you. It produces high-quality video stream with a maximum resolution of up to 320x240 pixels and a high frame rate, utilizing MPEG-4 video compression. It can either connect to an 802.11b wireless network or a wired network through its RJ-45 10/100Base-TX interface. Using its built-in Web server, it can directly connect to the network and deliver live video stream through the Internet to a Web browser anywhere in the world. It secures your wireless communications with 64/128-bit WEP encryption to prevent eavesdropping. It supports the Linksys OurLink Domain Service (DDNS) that lets you access your camera using an easy-to-remember 'name', even if your home Internet connection uses a dynamic IP address.
