Lillian Too's 168 Ways to A Calm and Happy Life

You know, I am very open minded and love the idea of Feng Shui. I have an awsome book called Organize Your Life with Feng Shui, by Karen Kingston and I highly recommend it. Overall, Lillian's book was kind of like reading a horoscope. Lots of warnings, negative outcomes, with remedies that don't fit well from a typical American standpoint. Even though she simplifies the Flying Star Method, It was still confusing, contradictory and I didn't find anything to actually put into place. Other than the fact that she did explain that having any kind water at the left of your doorway invites infidelity, so I did move some planters. It just didn't fit for me. Another discouraging thing was the idea that any house that is not updated for this current period (too complex to explain here) is open for theft, danger, and basic destruction. She recommends updating the house, which of course I would love to do, however that's a chunk of change I don't have right now. Overall, it left me feeling disheartened, and I prefer a more down to earth, simple approach. If you would like to buy the book back from me, contact me at pcady3@msn. I'll give you a good discount!
