Lifeguard by Andrew Gross, James Patterson (2005)

If you are looking for an adult type book, then here you go. I can't recommend this one, at least I found out very soon that I didn't want to listen to the rest of this.

I decided to buy this audiobook because my husband and I do so much driving that we BOTH decided to spend our driving time listening to books. This particular audiobook was for him, so, from what he tells me, this book drew him in almost immediately. He said the story was so good that when he got to work he did not want to get out of his car. The story took so many twists and turns, and just when you thought you had it all figured out, you were totally blown away by something different and totally off the wall. He says he is now a huge James Patterson fan. I would have to give this book an A+.

WOW!!!!! This one kept me on the edge of my car seat throught out. The choice of the reader is excellent...lots of musical, etc. sound effects that are not overdone, and a face-paced story make this an audio book to ENJOY!!!!

I bought this audiobook because I have always liked James Patterson! He didn't disappoint me. I listened to this on a long car ride and was very entertained!

Another good murder/mystery novel by James Patterson. I found that I didn't want to put the book down. It is very fast paced and as usual the chapters are short and full of action.

There are many twists to the plot and the eventual "whodunit". I thought this book was very good although some of the characters are killed off pretty quickly, without you getting a chance to know them. The book is very good but not as good as Honeymoon.

I truly enjoy James Patterson's books. The characters he creates seem to come to life before your "ears". You even feel a little sorry for some of the bad guys. Plot lines twist and turn until the very end when it all comes together. I find the fast paced, action packed adventures hard to put down or stop listening to once I have started. I look forward to every new book he comes out with. I guess I'm just one of his fans.
