My 2nd Patterson... Even BETTER than my First

    Lifeguard - James Patterson

Poor Ned Kelly. This guy has it worse than that Jason guy who married Ms. Spears!

Can anything go right for this guy? You'll have to read to find out.

This is my second Patterson novel, and I enjoyed it even more the than first (Beach Road).

Lifeguard pulled me in, and kept me trapped in it's magic. I stayed up all night reading, I couldn't put "Lifeguard" down.

I'm beginning to see why people throw Pattersons name in "The Best Author" debate. Not only are his novels exciting and full of mystery and suspense, but the short chapters make his novels extremely easy to read.

Lifeguard is no exception. It starts with a bang, and ends with an all-out 4th of July fireworks display.

Great characters, better story, and tons of twists and turns.

    Final Verdict:

    5/5

Borrow or Buy?: This is a book I borrowed, and is now on my must buy list. If you're looking for a good mystery/suspense novel, this one belongs on your bookshelf.
