The Life Strategies Workbook by Phillip C. McGraw (2000, Paperback, Workbook)

In the book Life Strategies you are going to have to do some work and this is a handy way to do it. I wish it had been available when I first read life strategies. I make it a part of the package when I gift Life Strategies to friends who are in crisis.

I bought this for my son, who recently ended a 7 year relationship (not his choice!!) because I absolutely LOVE Dr. Phil, and find that his books are written in a plain english, common sense way that EVERYONE can easily understand. I have several other books of his and found them to give me new insight into my own life and what I was looking for, so I thought this might help my son resurrect his relationship, since she keeps telling him that he "still has a chance", and if not, it would help him in his next one. I read a good portion of the book before (reluctantly) giving it to him. He says he is getting alot out of it, and is easily determining where he went wrong. Thank You Dr. Phil!!!!!!!!!!!
