Life Strategies by Phillip C. McGraw (2000, Paperback, Reprint)

I purchased this book to help me improve things in my life . I feel the book is quite helpful and as long as you are willing to do the hard work of really answering the hard questions it will make a big change in your life .

I love this book. My brother wanted to borrow it so I decided to get him one. He loves reading and hay enjoyed this book as I did.

I bought this for my son, who recently ended a 7 year relationship (not his choice!!) because I absolutely LOVE Dr. Phil, and find that his books are written in a plain english, common sense way that EVERYONE can easily understand. I have several other books of his and found them to give me new insight into my own life and what I was looking for, so I thought this might help my son resurrect his relationship, since she keeps telling him that he "still has a chance", and if not, it would help him in his next one. I read a good portion of the book before (reluctantly) giving it to him. He says he is getting alot out of it, and is easily determining where he went wrong. Thank You Dr. Phil!!!!!!!!!!!

Great read and provides excellant insight into problems and how to effectively deal with them and find a fulfilling life.

Love Dr. Phil, Great book.I watch Dr Phil ever day and wanted to read his books. I have purchased two on ebay and having a fantastic time reading them. i would recommend this to everyone.

I bought this item to get some assistance with organizing my life. I like it because even though it is common sense types of things, sometimes we need reminders because we get caught up in husbands, kids, housework, work, and life in general and forget about who we are.

I originally purchased this book for my 21 year old daughter but before giving it to her as a gift, I glanced through it. Leave it to Dr. Phil to say it like it is and to give the right advice, not the advice of the love-lorne.

Dr. Phil has written an excellent book regarding Life Strategies. Most people choose to make excuses for their lack of accomplishment concerning their life. Simply put, Dr. Phil states and provides guidance that this is your choice. You can do something about it but you must act. The book has his 10 Life Choices that each must examine.

I had read the book already and wanted my own so I could highlight parts of the book.Wonderful advice.
