Perfect description
True stories always resonate with me. When they illustrate personal triumph over adversity, that's even better, especially when the adversity is one of those unpredictable things that could strike anyone anytime. This book holds great appeal to anyone struggling with OCD, their family members, and the health professionals trying to help them. I found it riveting, something hard to put down yet better in small frequent doses. And rather than hating for it to end, I felt buoyed and uplifted when I finished it-as well as an increased degree of thankfulness for good health and my many blessings. I possessed a pretty high level of empathy before reading this book. A month after finishing it I find myself continuing to think on it and recall certain passages, all while looking at circumstances in a different light and with heightened empathy. Read it!
