Lidia does it again. The mastermind behind Batali's food finally gives america some insight into her own country and its regional cuisine. though it does not go into great depth, it's a great start and an excellent source of reference. Filled with Italian recipes, fresh ingredients, local producers and farmers, this book will encourage you to go to your local farmers market and cook a great meal tonight!
